Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative (Rayburn) announced a definitive agreement to purchase a 758 megawatt natural gas-fueled power plant located in Grayson County, Texas. Renamed Rayburn Energy Station, the plant will add to Rayburn’s strategically diverse energy portfolio and is capable of powering 750,000 homes.
